It’s hard to leave Paradise. Subject to availability, late check out may be requested and we will be

Malliouhana Resort has several different types of suites to perfectly suit your needs. There are six Junior Suites, Two 2-Bedroom Suites, One 2-Bedroom Suite with a private plunge pool, and One 3-Bedroom Suite.

Total meeting spaces

Malliouhana Resort has multiple beautiful venues for intimate or large gatherings. Select from our
meeting room, Celeste restaurant and terrace, the terrace at Bar Soleil, our dramatic oceanfront
bluff, or a more casual vibe at Leon’s Meads Bay. At Malliouhana, the sky is literally the limit to what
your meeting, special event or dream wedding can be.

Smoking

Malliouhana is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted on private balconies and on the restaurant and bar terraces.

Hotel Updates

Is the resort under renovation?

There are no renovations scheduled for the resort at this time. At Malliouhana, you can relax to the soothing sound of the waves of the Caribbean.

Seasonal Closures

Malliouhana typically closes at the end of August or first week in September. The hotel reopens on
November 1st.

Can I dine anywhere in the resort?

Yes, Malliouhana offers guests many opportunities for unique dining experiences around the
property. Choose from one of our three spectacular restaurants, lounge by the pool or in a luxury
cabana, enjoy a beachside picnic, or dine in the comfort of your spacious guestroom or private
terrace.

Transportation

Can the hotel pick me up?

Our Concierge Team would be happy to pre-arrange transportation for you. Additional fees apply
and vary based on the type of transportation you desire and the number of travelers in your party.

How far is the hotel from the airport and the ferry?

Malliouhana Resort is situated at the West End of Anguilla, a short 15-minute drive from Clayton J.
Lloyd International Airport and 10 minutes from the newly remodeled Blowing Point Ferry Terminal.

Does your resort offer a shuttle service?

Malliouhana Resort does not have a shuttle service however, private transfers can be arranged at
your request through our Concierge.

What are the typical costs for a limo/taxi/town car etc.?

Private ground transfers to Malliouhana from any port of entry must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance with the Concierge. The rates are US $35 (from airport) and $25 (from seaport) for one person. For two passengers, the rates are US$40 (from airport) and US$30 (from seaport), and US$15 per additional adult, US$10 per additional child up to age 12, beyond the first two passengers, one way, inclusive of luggage. Charges can be billed to your room with a 10 % surcharge applied. The following vehicles can also be arranged:
• Town Car for up to 3 passengers ~ US $95 up to 3 people; additional person is $15
• Luxury SUV for up to 6 passengers ~ US$195 up to 4 people; additional person is $15
• Chevy Van for up to 10 passengers ~ US$95 up to 7 people; additional person is $15

What Currency is Accepted?

The US Dollar is accepted at Malliouhana Resort and throughout the island of Anguilla

For your convenience, Malliouhana currently accepts the following credit cards: American Express,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Is there a cost for additional guests in room?

Rates quoted are for two adults per guest room. There is a $100 per person charge for each additional adult (up to four total in room).

Pet Policies

Does the resort accept pets?

Yes, Malliouhana offers a variety of pet-friendly guestrooms, and it is easy to bring your four-legged
friend to Anguilla. After all, pets need a vacation, too!

What is the resort pet fee?

There is a one-time pet fee of $150 per room per stay.

Number of pets allowed?

A maximum of two pets are allowed.

Special pet amenities and services?

Pet amenities are provided in the room prior to arrival including a dog bed, food and water bowls.

Support animals allowed?

Yes, service animals are allowed, and the pet fee is waived.

Are there any weight or breed limits?

Yes, there is a 15-pound weight limit on pets.

Housekeeping and Laundry Services

Do you have laundry and dry cleaning facilities?

No dry cleaning facilities are available however, we do provide a wash and fold service through our
housekeeping department. Prices vary per the valet ticket.

How do I get my clothes pressed?

This can be coordinated with the front desk team.

Is there a cost for laundry?

Laundry services are priced individually.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes, we do have a lost and found. Please contact the front desk with questions.

What does your turndown service entail?

Turndown includes a preparation of the guest room for evening and preparation of the bathroom for
the morning. The room and bathroom are refreshed as part of this service while extra amenities are
placed in the room.

How frequent is housekeeping?

Housekeeping is twice daily: morning and evening turndown service unless requested otherwise.
