Bringing that story to life is Culinary Director Chef Kelston “Sweets” Connor, the first local resident to lead Malliouhana’s culinary program. Rooted in Anguilla and guided by his talent and signature creativity, Chef Sweets brings a fresh perspective to Caribbean cuisine. Culinary Director at Malliouhana

Born in Saint Kitts and raised in Anguilla, Kelston Connor, also known as “Chef Sweets,” is celebrated for elevating simple local dishes with an elegant twist. His culinary journey began at a young age when he and his classmates opened an in-school restaurant, inspiring his dream of becoming one of Anguilla’s finest chefs. Since joining the team at Pimm’s in 2005, Chef Sweets has continued to refine his craft at renowned establishments including Veya Restaurant, Elvis Beach Bar & Grill, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, and Le Bleu Villa. Passionate about his artistry, he remains dedicated to showcasing the flavors and spirit of Anguilla through every dish he creates.
