Count down to the New Year in style at Celeste by Kerth Gumbs with an upscale dinner celebration featuring live music performances, flowing champagne and cocktails, and a fabulous fireworks show overlooking dramatic views of the Caribbean Sea. Upon arrival to your table, enjoy a welcome glass of our signature Sorrel Bellini followed by a selection of fresh breads and flavored butters, plus choose one of our decadent starters such as a Jerk Salmon Ceviche with imperial caviar, a Saltfish Patty in oyster emulsion, or a Sweet & Sour Crusted Lamb Loin among other delicious choices. For the main course, choose between a Conch Ravioli with grilled crafish, a Beef Fillet in red wine jus, or Cauliflower Steak in a sunflower cider sauce. Culinary Director and renowned Anguillian Chef Kerth Gumbs guides Malliouhana’s culinary program, elevating traditional dishes and flavors with classic techniques. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a Grand Diplôme in French cuisine and patisserie, Gumbs is a winner of BBC Two’s Great British Menu, judged BBC Three’s Young MasterChef, and is the first Anguillian to lead Malliouhana’s culinary program.
