Culinary Director and renowned Anguillian Chef Kerth Gumbs guides Malliouhana’s culinary program, elevating traditional dishes and flavors with classic techniques. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a Grand Diplôme in French cuisine and patisserie, Gumbs is a winner of BBC Two’s Great British Menu, judged BBC Three’s Young MasterChef, and is the first Anguillian to lead Malliouhana’s culinary program.
