The 40th Anniversary festivities commence Friday night with a lively opening reception at the GRAMMY®-affiliated Anguilla Music Academy (AMA) recording studio and non-profit organization facilitating world-class music, art, technology, and talent. Enjoy delicious “Wines that Rock” by JaM Cellars, a behind-the-scenes tour of the center’s state-of-the-art recording and production facilities, and live performances by students of the AMA—the Caribbean’s next generation of headliners!

Wine, dine and taste the best of the island at the oceanview Celeste by Kerth Gumbs Culinary Experience wine pairing dinner. Featuring John Anthony Vineyards estate wines paired by James Beard Award-winner Shelley Lindgren and Malliouhana’s original Sommelier Albert Lake, the 4-course menu is a handcrafted tour of delicious. Enjoy a specially designed and prepared evening featuring dishes by two celebrity chefs, Malliouhana Culinary Director Kerth Gumbs and Executive Chef Wilson Macedo. The event is also beautifully paired with live entertainment by renowned local musician Omari Banks and an acoustic performance by GRAMMY® nominee Natasha Bedingfield.

Malliouhana’s Cultural Ambassador, Chesney Hughes, delights guests with the history of Malliouhana. Learn what inspired Leon Roydon to build this beautiful property, what life was like in Anguilla in 1984 and much more as you indulge in a delicious rum and chocolate pairing.
The rums are made by one of Malliouhana’s original bartenders, Gloria Leveret, and the chocolates are divine creations by our pastry chef, Tim Franklin, who has been with Malliouhana since its opening in 1984.
