Roll, shake, and savor in this vibrant hands-on culinary experience led by Chef Keri. Begin with a refreshing sake spritz or yuzu mocktail as you dive into the artistry of sushi-making, learning to craft elegant tuna and plant-based rolls with Chef Keri’s expert guidance.

Then, transition from knife to shaker as the class transforms into a spirited mixology session. Discover the secrets of perfect balance while creating two signature cocktails: the citrus-kissed Yuzu Gin Fizz and the bold Wasabi Margarita, each designed to complement your sushi creations.

End the evening by enjoying your handcrafted bites and cocktails in a relaxed, social setting. More than a class, this is a culinary journey for the senses—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.

The Experience includes:

  • Welcome & Introduction
    Guests are greeted with a refreshing sake spritz or yuzu mocktail.
    Chef Keri introduces the session, her culinary philosophy, and the sushi styles to be explored.
  • Sushi Class Begins (30 mins)
    Chef Keri showcases techniques: rice seasoning, rolling maki, shaping nigiri, and garnishing.
    Guests are guided to make 2 rolls:
    – Spicy Tuna Roll
    – Plant Based Roll
  • Cocktail Pairing Session
    Chef Keri transitions into mixology, crafting 2 signature cocktails whilst guests learn the basics of cocktail balance and garnish artistry.
    – Yuzu Gin Fizz (to pair with plant based roll)
    – Wasabi Margarita (to pair with spicy tuna roll)
