  • Chef Kerth Gumbs

    Culinary Director

    Culinary Director and renowned Anguillian Chef Kerth Gumbs guides Malliouhana’s culinary program, elevating traditional dishes and flavors with classic techniques. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a Grand Diplôme in French cuisine and patisserie, Gumbs is a winner of BBC Two’s Great British Menu, judged BBC Three’s Young MasterChef, and is the first Anguillian to lead Malliouhana’s culinary program. Look for him on Anguilla’s “Wall of Fame” at Blowing Point.

    Executive Chef

    Born in Huambo, Angola, visionary Executive Chef Wilson Macedo’s unique blend of flavors incorporates classic French, Mediterranean and the island’s rich culinary heritage. Securing his celebrity status, Macedo was a fierce competitor on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2022, with culinary creations that blend cultures and passion for the art of cooking.

    Head Chef at Leon’s at Meads Bay

    Island native Chef Kelston “Sweets” Connor leads Leon’s at Meads Bay. Opening his first restaurant while in school, the highly decorated Anguilla National Culinary Team member has worked at many of Anguilla’s finest restaurants. Winner of the first ACE (Anguilla Culinary Experience) mystery “Basket Battle,” Chef Sweets now judges the popular event.
