Cocktail Creation on the Bluff | 3:20–3:40 PM
Arrive at a stunning sea-view cocktail station to craft your own Anguilita Rum creation. Blend freshly foraged ingredients with local mixers like sorrel syrup, tamarind juice, and ginger beer—then garnish and name your signature drink.

Anguilita Rum Storytelling & Tasting | 3:40–4:00 PM
Savor the spirit of Anguilla as the Anguilita team reveals the rum’s origins, artistry, and cultural roots. Enjoy a guided tasting and take home a keepsake mini bottle of Anguilita Rum to remember the experience.
